2025 Teacher Professional Development Workshop for Indigenous Yaakthung Teachers in collaboration with Kirat Yaakthung Chumlung Nepal

2023-present  Land-Based Education for Yaakthung Literacy and Language for Indigenous Yaakthung Youth in Nepal.

​2024 July-August. Expert for developing Nepal’s National Action Plan (NAP) on Indigenous Languages Decade (2022-2023). Ministry of Culture, UNESCO and Indigenous Nationalities Commission.

2024 May-August. Lead mentor for Nepal’s in-service teachers on participatory action research for social justice and diversity in education.

2024 July-August. Advocacy with Indigenous Youth for Decolonial Education. [with Indigenous Journalists’ Groups in Nepal]

2023 Nepali Language Class for Nepali Youth in Hong Kong [one month]

2022 June-August (designed/coordinated) Limbu Indigenous Language, Arts and Culture immersion program for youths (In collaboration with Kirat Yaakthung Chumlung in Kathmandu).

2020-present (founded) Teachers for Teachers (TfT) Network to support and mentor teachers (pre-/in-service teachers in Nepal in teacher research, multilingual education and social justice issues.

2018-2019  Awareness raising program on medium of instruction, mother tongue education and multilingual education in Province 1, Madhesh, Bagmati and Bhaktapur. Organized by the Education Journalists’ Group in Nepal.
